Old Matthew message from 6/18/04 described DNA/cellular changes & symptoms

I've been reading the old Matthew messages, and I came across one that describes the cellular and DNA changes that are supposed to be happening due to Earth moving into higher frequencies and the symptoms associated with these changes. (This information's at the end of the message.)

2. Is it possible to be feeling better?

After years of struggling with asthma and other respiratory illnesses, as well as painful arthritis, I find that I seldom use my inhaler anymore. My bones don't hurt as much and I am feeling stronger than I have in a long time.

I was going blind from cataracts, but surgery has given me the best vision I have ever had in my whole life. I'm just wondering if this is why this is happening? When I should be deteriorating more physically as I head on my journey to old age, I seem to be doing better than I have been doing in twenty years.
