1. Very NICE home, and very nice staging!
I especially like the doggie as part of the staging effect!

Seriously, I think, so long as your price is right, you will have NO problem selling!

And, I am sending some best wishes your way.

open house next weekend. Now.....go take a nap!

Edit to add: You probably can't do much around the house anyway since you would create some sort of mess, so your options are limited. Go out, surf the web, watch tv, or nap.

the Virtual Tour photographer came and she was Asian and mentioned the energy in the house with in the first 3 minutes.

I mentioned Feng Shui and she lit up like a christmas tree

7. I really like your style, girl.
Lovely home and garden with pool - what a luxury!

I also remember when you fixed up your kitchen - you showed the before and after pictures - very impressive.

All the best in getting a good deal on this lovely home, and of course with your new home in New Mexico - can't wait to see those pics as well. :D

we have our eye on 7 acres with an old ranch house (1900sf) that we should be able to pay cash for

it will need updating but if we own it outright cleaning it up will be fun!

You better keep him, he goes perfectly with your color pallet. :)

18. she's a good old girl. she had been abandoned on the American River
and when we got her from the pound it was obvious she had been abused. she's had a good life with us and gets to come on one more adventure with us and help the younger "kids" deal with a move. my other two have never lived anywhere but here. the old girl made the move to AZ with us and now can be the "old hand" with the kids on the move to next house.
