1. Congratulations, AZDem! (Your name will no longer be...
applicable soon.)

It's not surprising that your home went so quickly given how amazing it was. I hope that you have the same good fortune in reference to finding the perfect home in New Mexico. I'll be sending you positive energy.

:D

4. it hasn't sunk in yet. we had the house done on the 17th and still haven't
come down from the PUSH PUSH PUSH getting it done and now we DID IT!!!!

I'm not much of a "future tripper" anyway so it won't be real until I load the truck probably.

and the new house won't be real til I UNLOAD the truck either

and that's probably a GOOD thing

This is wonderful news, and I am happy for you both.
Heck, I would love to have your home.....even though I love the stately townhouse in the city which I have now :D

Best wishes for your new home in New Mexico.

15. oooooooooooo
Sort of a mixed bag. A funky Mercury opposed Pluto will occur in the wee hours on Thursday. Could result in either weird or empowering dreams or amazing revelations depending on one's level of consciousness or their degree of unconscious repression.

That's followed quickly by Moon sextile Sun (yayyyy) and it's "happy time" momentarily and then the Moon will square Jupiter (not so yayyyy) 'causing some to wonder fleetingly why happiness can seem as though it's just only for other people. Can result in an extraneous wave of really pointless envy if one still is wired that foolishly counterproductive way. All these aspects occur in the wee hours and the Moon's in Leo so watch for impatience and keep your good humors about you as ever.

The Moon will oppose Neptune at 7:47 pm EDT. That could either be celebratory or disillusioning depending on your spiritual inclinations. It can sort of be like becoming briefly engulfed in a emotional fog bank. That can be cleansing though. Fun to indulge in the more harmless forms of escapism at that particular time of the month. Watch a good flick maybe, take a ritual immersion bath, indulge in some of the less harmless forms of mood altering substances, or it's meditation time for those who are more spiritually dedicated. Time to let go and let G-d or to whatever moniker to which you refer the singular unifying force in the universe. I personally prefer to refer to it as the Creatrix ('cause it's playful) or love and laughter, but that's just me.

If your trying to nail a transaction down, Friday is far better later on in the day . Moon enters Virgo at 4:17 pm EDT and trines Pluto at 7:48 am EDT and sextiles Mercury at 1:34 pm.

Bare in mind that both Mars and Mercury will be at critical degrees of Cancer and Gemini respectively. Those last transitional critical degrees can feel like what the I Ching describes as "critical mass" as one feels compelled to resolve things in a hurry. This will sound flaky but sometimes that is advisable and is sometimes not so.

Understand, I've no business prognosticating away without your birth data but thought I'd just give an overview as requested. It's along the lines of the Stellascopes I used to write for each lunation. Used to be great fun for me. Maybe I should resume doing them. Maybe not.

One of the best lines ever from the Stellascopes was on the radio many years ago.

Under a Mercury/Uranus aspect I said, "expect to have a brief but meaningful conversation with someone whose name you will forget." It was totally tongue in cheek but I got feedback that it actually happened for some. Too funnily ironic.

16. thanks Stella! we are hoping to enter the new house transaction on Friday
late morning or noonish in NM (which I believe is MDT 2 hours behind EDT)

Cancer sounds right for Home things eh? and DH has Gemini Sun and I have my Moon there and we are going to be feeling "critical mass" for sure.

we are real good at "Letting Go and Letting God" and if our "gut" isn't right we won't jump

thanks for the overview I just wanted to make sure there was no flashing neon "STOP or you'll be sorry" aspects on Friday

7. Well, as long as you don't let any grass grow under your feet...
Congratulations on the quick turn around of your house. May your transition to NM be easy and heaven-sent.

14. yes we love the climate here and carlsbad is close but will cool off
at night better

the winters will be colder but that's ok. the biggest draw was the artesian aquifer and Pecos River

and as DH is an amaetur astronomer we are heading to "dark skies"

the big city is just horrible, smog, traffic and expensive! and since i hardly ever leave my house anyway a rural area suits me just fine
