Anyone know of a good website about dream interpretation?

A few nights ago, my little brother and I both had nightmares about tornadoes- we don't talk about our dreams very often so I always find it odd when we dream about the same thing, the same night- especially now that we are across the country from eachother and don't get to talk very often.

I'm going to be googling it myself- but would appreciate any help- I trust the opinions here! :hi:

1. So I googled a little bit...

and wanted to share...

I didn't give much detail in my OP, but here's the deal...

Last week, our mother told us that our grandma decided to give up her cancer treatment and just let it go. On top of the mixed emotions revolved around that (pride that she she had the strength to make that decision; grief that she would soon be gone; worry for our mother; etc.) we have also had to recently deal with our older brother becoming a crank addict; my little brother lost some friends due to various issues; my good buddy who joined the Marines just came home for a short while to visit; etc etc, yanno?

So a couple of nights after our mom tells us this, we both have dreams of tornadoes and trying to escape them alive. In my brother's dream it is him and our mom, driving down a road surrounded by tornadoes, trying to dodge them and get away safely. And in my dream, I am in a street and my only shelter is a sewer- and every time another tornado comes at me, the sewer is filled with more muddy water- and so it went on until I had nowhere to hide and woke up.

Anywho, so according to all the dream symbology I was reading, and what I felt inside while reading... I think these dreams were telling us, you know, things are bad and the are going to get worse for awhile, but we need to just sort things out. I talked to my brother about it and he feels the same way and was kind of psyched at the info I sent him. We have both been going through some emotional turmoil and knowing that our Grandma was going to die any time just was killing us. And she passed away just a couple of days after we had those dreams, too.

Just felt like sharing... seemed pretty cool to me... I feel like I'm ready to start allowing myself to quit pushing things down inside, and start sorting things out. My brother says he feels that way too.

2. OMG, I'm sorry about your grandma.

But at least she will not be suffering for much longer. Still, when my grandpa was dying of cancer, thoughts like that weren't much comfort to me. Peace to you.

interpretation with only traditionally generic schticks go to
http://www.fountainofdreams.net. It is the site of one of the most talented and insightful women I know. She does amazing dream interpretations over the phone and was trained at the Jungian institute in Zurich.

I'd guess the imagery of the tornadoes symbolized a hovering change of consciousness and attitude. The sewer is perhaps about old emotions that come up with the passing and pending passing of the matriarchs in your family.

Stellanoir, I'll check out the site- :) :hi: I still just can't get over the fact my brother had a dream with the same symbology the same night as myself- just blows my mind. He and I have always been very closely connected, though.

BlueIris- You are so right. I am torn between the pain of loss and the relief that she is no longer in pain. But I am handling this much better then some of the other times I've been through. :hug:
