Let's try OhioBlue's white light experiment in a different way.

Instead of focusing on Bush, let's focus on Congress. I think it will be easier to get through there than trying for Bush. There are still progressives in Congress that we can send white light to and moderate conservatives who aren't part of the illuminati led White House.

Keep focusing the light to reach all who are receptive to it and the fence sitters. If Congress can join together to do the right thing, Bush and his black heart will have no power to do more harm. If we get really lucky, they might demand his and Cheney's resignation.

Do you think it's worth a try?

begging DUers to start a writing campaign to their congressional reps to come up with a plan to remove Bush from office, but all I really got were answers saying it couldn't be done. So maybe we need to do it this way. We have to do something and it has to be in a group because there is where the power is.

however you will. I'm sticking to violet/purple transformational light but that's just my way. I blame St. Germain for that but we'll work it out over time. LOL

I kind of favor a golden light for shielding and protection as well. I think the key is for many of us to be focusing on the need to dispel the darkness with whatever light we manifest. It has to be many of us to gain strength. This is what's important. I once has a mystic friend who told me that a bell ringing by itself doesn't make much noise, but multiply those bells to a hundred or a thousand and the noise will be greater the more numbers there are.

Colors have an impact due to their frequency. Violet has an antibiotic quality and would be perfect for those who can handle sending it.

I agree this wouldn't be at cross purposes at all.

these dark creatures are actually able to eat, or otherwise ingest the light we try to send to them?
I'm quite serious - are they vampires of the light? I'm worried that they could actually FEED off this energy.

5. You could have a point.

Some of the Wicca craft books I have read suggest that you do this through a light spirit that you summon to help you. I am a rank amateur at this and have only been exploring this spirit realm in my old age having spent most of my life as an agnostic, but one who did believe in her guardian spirits and intuition.

Perhaps what we need to do is what rumpel suggested in the other thread that is to contain that darkness so that they can't operate so freely. So we need to shield ourselves first with an egg of golden light. How we would surround the darkness and contain it I don't know yet. Maybe others will come up with some suggestions.

The information that I've been given is that they enjoy dark energy. Someone mentioned how it appeared they looked gleeful when negative things happen It may absorb but they can't get rid of it. It's like the sun shining into a dark room.

because this seems to me precisely what has been needed all along (sure wish I had thought of it!).

And, I am willing (and eager) to participate in this experiment.

I am going to try this tomorrow as I am still working today, and may be working until very late.

14. I hadn't thought of a particular time just that as many of

us who can do it at the best time for them. Maybe we should do a specific time experiment after this one. I think it's still effective if we keep up a steady bombardment of light even though it may be at different times. Also, if you don't want to do all of Congress, you could concentrate on reps from your state whom you want to reach.

Bush is a hopeless cause I hate to say it :)

I like the idea of identifying people with more potential.
We could send energy and prayers to them.

Unfortunately congress appears to be filled with corrupt and
incompetent people. I do not know how much we can change them either.
But it is worth a try.

Cleita, maybe you could start a thread and each week we could pick out a
certain person or group to send light and energy to. Kind of like what Japple does in the prayer thread, each Monday she picks out a group to pray for.

But your thread would be a different focus. Energy and light to empower and enlighten. We can try the more hopeless cases like Congress, Bush, Cheney etc. But I would also like to target those who are already showing courage, wisdom and morality.

Some of my suggestions would be:

Valerie Plame
The musical artists writing and singing protest songs.
Media, such as Krugman
Bagdad Burning Blog
Democratic party
the American people

Just some ideas.....
