Anyone know how to determine if DST was in effect

during certain years, before 1966, by state, or anything? This is driving me nuts. Don't know if my rising is Leo or Cancer. Always gone with Leo, but I would like to make sure. A website?

I've been using that site for years, and I was looking at the UT on my chart the other day, and just couldn't understand. It makes sense now. 6+ hours. No DST the year of my birth. TA
