1. One of my favorite sections is the Nirvana employment section.
Which job do you want to apply for after arrival?? :)

(I was surprised that in the in between life regressions etc the employment work revealed was not the work I thought I would be doing.)

2. I never even thought of what job I'd want
But I was impressed with what they say about music. I play no instruments and have the worst singing voice ever. Whenever I hear people with beautiful voices, my heart melts and the appreciate is as high as the jealousy. How I wish I could participate. I really hope I can sing in heaven where heaven won't shut their doors (or clouds) on me.

But there are so many wonderful positions Matthew describes that I'm sure they all enjoy and want to be part of. What a great difference from what we are subjected to in this world.

I was also struck by the comment about the people who can't accept heaven and sleep for ages. I can actually envision that happening very easily.

6. Yes that would be wonderful.
I love music too and have no talent what so ever.

My child sings like an angel and is gifted musically and it is
an embarrassment when I try to help her! She loves to sing duets and
when I sing with her, it is not a pretty picture :(.

I am assuming that will all be different in heaven. While I may not sing like an angel there, I am assuming that I will not be shown the door when I open my mouth!

The sleeping for ages in heaven is something I have noticed other authors speaking about. It sounds wonderful, I want to sign up for that option!

However I have also read that this choice by some to sleep forever type thing has become a problem in heaven. A lot of laggards who are avoiding soul growth and work, just loafing for infinity.

I have heard that the spirit council is putting a time limit on such
activity :( At some point you have to get up and start to evolve!

3. All I know is that I don't want to be a programmer.
I hope that they don't make me! I want to do something really creative.

(For everyone else: I'm a computer programmer, and cassie and I at one point had an off-line discussion about the subject of programming on the other side.)

:)

5. I am not going to do any work in heaven if I cannot have
creative and talented technical back up from someone like you Dream! I have lots of creative ideas, but my weak area is implementation which takes a very different kind of creative skill.

How many times have I come to you and said I want to do such
and such, how can I do it? And you come up with the solution.
And then you are so nice you just do it for me when you can!

How can you say you are not creative?

And yes I think that the other side must be quite complex
in terms of energy programming, data recording and transfer, etc.

I have lots of things I want to do but I cannot do it without
folks like you Dream!

But maybe it is time for a change of pace for you, what would you prefer doing? What would be fun and different for you?

4. A few things that I liked from the "Remembering" section...
Edited on Thu Oct-12-06 09:06 PM by I Have A Dream
"I know I've referred many times to "learning" and "lessons" both here and on Earth, but actually, Mother, nothing has to be "learned". Everything that IS, we already KNOW at soul level. As we are inseparable from God and Creator, so we are inseparable from the universal mind. It is consciously remembering all we know that is the journey through all our lives."

"...How else can the people of Earth know the vital need for emotional balance and nonjudgment of others, or realize their capacity for negative or positive influence on a universal scale?..."

It was interesting to read that Nirvana is not perfect either; those beings on Nirvana are still in "growth mode" where certain parts of each soul there still need correction, improvement, clarification and enlightenment.

I think that I envision living on Earth after she ascends to be the way Matthew describes Nirvana. Of course, that's not really going to be the way things are, but I hope that the living conditions will be similar.

7. The soul's continual growth and learning...
Many of us think that when we come off the karmic
wheel and never come back to Earth incarnations, that we are done!

Not so, we just move on to a higher level of learning. It only means we have graduated from earth college, now time to move on to grad school.
