Energy enhancement: How To? |
|
My beloved needs help strengthening his presence. Any suggestions? The "symptoms" he has are feelings of invisibility (people are constantly running into him, even if he is surrounded by open space), and a speaking voice that's difficult to hear. He's also, of late, somewhat obsessive in his thoughts, and he has increased feelings of anxiety and fear.
Crystalwork? Smudging? Aromatherapy? A big jingly jester cap?
Help?

3. He's seen the first third, as have I. |
|
We've both seen the first clip of the movie, but haven't had a chance to view the rest. I'd like to watch the whole thing today (I'm going home early), but I've lost the link. I've just been gleaning the posts here for info on the secret.
We don't own any topaz. Will that help?

Topaz is said to make one invisible. Check your pm's. I don't know what link you had, but this is the official site > http://thesecret.tv

2. Has he ever tried Bach's flower essences? |
|
Or another flower essence brand? I think you should hook him up with some Bach's Aspen, (anxiety) Mimulus, (for timidity) White Chestnut, (for "busy" thoughts) Clematis, (for centering, but it's helped a lot with my busy thougths) and Water Violet (for developing a warmer presence in social situations). I might also recommend some Bach's Vine, which I have found to be excellent for making my presence felt, even though Bach's markets it for the development of leadership abilities. Flower Essence Services also makes a great kind essence for someone in your husband's situation--Trumphet Vine, which would be ideal for helping him to overcome his soft-spoken tendency. If he goes the flower essence route, don't forget to encourage him to use an activator (cayenne pepper, garlic, something spicy). I find that if I don't do that, the essences don't really help me as much. Good luck!

6. That's a great referral! |
|
Thanks for that. I've only bought Bach's once, but I usually steer clear because of money issues. I'm glad to discover an online source for blends.

4. Former invisible person raises hand |
|
I know what it's like to be invisible and I've made a change lately that has really helped.
I recently started declaring my intentions each morning and one of them is: "I will do everything today with passion and from the heart." Boy, what a difference that has made! I think it shows in the face and people react positively to that. Maybe your beloved can give that a try.

5. That's a great suggestion. |
|
I'll see how he takes to that. He's been struggling with habitual negativity lately, and that's a hard one to recognize sometimes.
