The 33-second technique.

It's good to have a little timer handy for this one.

The exercise is to visualize a single scene of what you want. Like a freeze frame.
Make it a scene of what you want. See it being yours, see it having been accomplished, etc.
But you visualize it for ONLY 33 seconds each time you do the technique.

When your 33 seconds begin -- give it all your energy, all your desire, all your joy and bliss that this image engenders for you.

When the 33 seconds are up -- cut to black. Don't fade it out. Jump cut to black.

The keys are:
INTENSITY of energy, desire and joy
33 seconds only
Cut to black

Do as often as desired. And have fun.

3. Reminds me of Chaos magick

Death posture, one really effective technique.

To do it
You write down your desire in positives and visualize it as you write it down Make it simple, and clear no more than a sentance or two. Than take every third letter of your statement,x it out. Than take every third letter of what's left ,and x it out, keep doing it until you got like 3 or 4 random letters left, take those letters turn them into a design that obscures the individuality of the letters without erasing them.It's ok if they overlap intersect whatever.

Than sit it aside for awhile in a box.A week, a month. whatever. Better yet make a few of them..and grab one at random.

You will forget what you wrote.

Do this on your bed or a place where you can LAY DOWN.
Do not even attempt this sitting up or standing up.
First place the sigil in front of your field of vision. Than you plug your nose, close your mouth ,ears and eyes.
Hold your breath.Hold it, hold it some more, feel like you can't hold it? well hold it, and hold it some more, and more..than when you feel like you are on the verge of passing out, quickly, open your eyes, stare at the sigil as you gasp for air.

Keep staring as you recover yourself..when you are able to stand up,take the sigil and rip it up, laugh like it's hilarious, spin around, roll down a hill,whatever.. and toss it to the wind toss it down the garbage disposal, make it a cat toy, doesn't matter just get rid of it (it's chaos magick remember)and than go do something mundane, like watching cartoons, calling someone who'll talk your ear off on the phone or cooking ramen or scrubbing the bathroom tile.Forgetabout it.


It will manifest.Pretty dang exactly and really fast too.
A warning..be careful in how you word the intention in the sigil,because it's chaotic and magick uses the path of least resistance. Think of that before you write it.

4. Can you ask that this come in the best way possible, or

?? that it not manifest in a way that causes damage to something else (I'm not being very clear, sorry). What I mean is, this smacks of haste, and usually when something is hasty, it knocks something else over in its' hurry to get where it is going. Does that make sense? Is there a way to nullify that?
I've never messed with Chaos Magic before...

Yes. A.O. Spare used this technique and also amplified the emotional charge by directing sustained sexual intensity into the image of the desired circumstances. As you said, the "image" is refined down to an elementally simple sigil the way you describe - using the alphabet. One can also invent an alphabet over time with certain elemental shapes representing specific qualities and conditions to be used over and over again in new combinations if desired.

My wife and I have practiced this sigil/imaging work with similar tantric yoga techniques for some time now. We've experimented a bit with a technique called "eroto-comatose lucidity". http://www.sacred-texts.com/oto/lib451.htm Regardless of the way you generate intensity, the trick is to train yourself to forget the sigil/image/visualization completely in that blank/null state that arrives at the end of the exercise.

The sexual techniques are extraordinarily potent, which I suspect is the main reason why organized religions have endorsed oppressive sexual taboos involving moral shame, guilt and fearful (false) associations with filth and evil, merely to prevent practitioners from using their innate human sexual/creative powers as nature clearly intends.

After working with these techniques, we've had manifestations in as short a time as a few days. Of course, larger manifestations take longer to come about, but our experience has been that not only have life-altering manifestations of new circumstances happened on schedule, but have always brought with them even better conditions than we had originally visualized.

These techniques are very effective. They've also been good for our marriage partnership, enhancing our level of intimacy and commitment. (Great fun too!)

9. My problem is

that I get so caught up in NOT causing harm - that seven generations thing - that I just don't do anything. However, after the results here in NE Indiana yesterday, I'm going to try this. My guess is that things could not POSSIBLY get any worse.

8. I certainly did not know about the 33 seconds.

I just want to share with you guys what my favorite vision happens to be.

You-know-who in an orange jumpsuit behind bars. And some other buddies of his. I get a kick out of it, and I do not think of it as wishing evil upon someone. I think that would be good for those people, to be held accountable for their deeds.

It would also be very good for the human beings living on this earth, and the earth itself.

10. Maybe a trial would be a more positive way to go

I envision a grand trial -- the International Criminal Court -- where Bush, Cheney and the NeoCons are standing before a world body and giving account for their crimes. That's hardly ill will, but justice.

11. I should have added a fourth key to the OP.

It's important that the image doesn't change during the 33 seconds, because that is said to dilute the power.

So keep it a freeze frame for the whole 33 seconds.
