1. Yup around 15 degrees of Scorpio is the mid point

between the gallactic center and the intergallactic center and notoriously know as being a powerful point for magic.

I know where the galactic center is. My mercury is there.

If 15 Scorpio is halfway, then I'm just gonna guess that -- what is 82 degrees?
