Am I the only one having problems grounding this week?

I seems like I've been having problems grounding for the past few days. Is it me, or is anyone having this problem, too?

1. Me too

I sustained an idiotic injury in a past life that I thought had been remedied decades ago. It was totally disconcerting to re-experience it's resurfacing. It's not physically painful but is energetically so.

Yesterday, I tried to help a friend and was totally out of sorts and jumpy as a result.

Here is a simple remedy I've posted before but it truly works.

Now if I could just stop forgetting to do it daily. . .Yikes.

I MUST stop making the joke about cursing out my imaginary secretary. Really. I love humor but OMG do I often shoot myself in the foot with mine.

From an earlier text. . .

Energetically it balances higher and lower energies. It can be useful for many who feel disconnected, stressed, or concerned about the apparent extreme imbalances between potential and form, of which Gaia appears to be processing and releasing now at an unprecedented rate. Whenever in doubt, maybe go figure 8.

In my heart and soul, I know that if enough true souls practice this when spirit moves them to do so, many of the the severe earth changes and extreme weather conditions, and their awful, and most harrowing repercussions that have occurred, are still expected over the next few years will be mollified, and conditions of suffering and hardship on the
planet will be ameliorated more expediently, and far more gently than they would be otherwise if a plethora of true souls would not do so. It's as simple as that run on sentence suggests. :)"

Or you could just do what an X repeatedly threatened me with when I got too "out there." Try hematite anklets. :)

I've sensed some real sadness in Mother Gaia this week, too, so I have to wonder if that has anything to do with it.

3. It's really easy especially with a little practice. .

Now maybe we can remind each other to do it regularly or I'll have to curse out my imaginary secretary (which is a really dumb idea) or jokingly threaten you with a barrage of hematite anklets.

Ooooch that could hurt.

4. For the week you posted this ..

I felt a lot of confusion. Hard to describe it. This week, though, I have felt ungrounded. I kept calling a Capricorn friend to help me get grounded.

Wish I had thought to use Stella's '8' because I have used it and it really feels wonderful. It gives me a kind of calm exhilaration. I've even done it while lying in bed trying to sleep and it works.

How are you feeling now?
