This is the one the Secret website will point you to, but there are myriad other forums on that same site, including an Abraham-Hicks one. This is the one I peruse the most.

Yes, I did listen to it, and not that it's anything different from what everyone else is saying, but I kinda like the way he puts things (one step is to erase your name in mediation, to remind yourself that you are just you no matter what your name is or what else is attached to you); and it's short enough to listen to several times and absorb well.
