Since being introduced to the idea of Ho'oponopono; something's been rattling around in my head.
What if that idea is the reason for the "epidemic" of depression in so many people?
In other words, if we agree that what we do/feel is affecting EVERYONE, no WONDER so many people are depressed!
Thoughts?
