My teacher was a kundalini teacher as well and she taught many of the same techniques. I was very saddened when she called to tell me that she was very ill and no longer had the ability to teach. I have been very, very saddened and alone because she had such knowledge and insight.

She was who I called during the darkest hours (my mommy/mentor) and I have been grieving her illness.

This site makes it a little easier, thanks Metta.
