Blessings to you all, my DU family! |
|
I know we have a variety of traditions represented here, thus I am reluctant to assume that everyone is celebrating at this point in the solar year. In recognition of those different traditions, I simply wish you all the brightest blessings for your individual circumstances and lives.
I can never adequately express how much comfort and joy you all bring into this world. However, I can wish for you as much joy as you can tolerate in the days ahead!
Celebrate yourselves, you deserve it!

Everyone can, every day, celebrate Life! That's what I'm doing today--along with a cat that looks a bit like the one in your drawing.

I was just given an incredibly lavish gift and feeling my Venus retro and quite unworthy. Thanks for inadvertantly knocking me off my stupid pitty pot on this potentially joyful day.
Oh and astro ALERT everyone !!! Mercury is about to conjoin Pluto at 2:45pm est so watch thy tongue and try to keep thoust foot at a great distance from it.
And the Moon will conjoin Uranus shortly thereafter at 4:11 pm est. If you failed at the 2:45 aspect and find yourself still choking on various assorted footwear, this would be an opportune and operative time to get over it and redeem yourself and gain a bird's eye perspective on foolishness past. Aren't family dynamics grand?
So maybe try your very best to put the FUN back in your possibly disfunctional family soirees and gatherings.
I've always loathed the term "functional" applied to families and relationships as I feel it better applies to machinery, and technology, not so apt for human beings. Oh well.
Now try your very best to have a cool yule regardless.
:grouphug:
Let's all make it better and better despite the odds. :)

5. Yeah. . .too bad I didn't follow my own advice. Psssshaww. . . |

That conjunction was charmingly squaring my Sun/Merc conjunction.
At that specific time I happily made peace with my aunt who lost her son (the second kid she's lost) in a tragic accident in late August under a triple Plutonian whammie. I had tried to be spiritual at the time but she didn't appreciate it as she was still in shock.
However, the conjunction was also semi sextile my sister's Sun/Mercury conjunction.
I foolishly divulged too much info, her daughters LOVED my funny story and my sis used it to prop up her profile as the superior daughter. Polly perfect is so-o-o unbelievably tiresome. I just went out for some air and my good cousin came out to find me and was an absolute totally loving sweetheart.
Things often work out in the end.

6. A colleague send me these greetings |
|
Dear friends, Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter seasonal holiday, practiced with the most enjoyable traditions of religious persuasion or secular practices of your choice with respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all.
I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2007, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make our country great and without regard to the race, creed, colour, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wished.

Thanks to all my dearest friends here.
