Have a really bad feeling right now... |
|
I'm not sure of the reason. All the negativity surrounding the death of Saddam...no doubt the brutal thug deserved it, but the barbaric way it was done. I think there is alot of emotion in the world right now - all types of emotion - from joy to distress to anger to hatred and everything in between. Those of us who are "sensitive" soak up these vibes like a sponge.
I feel like I've been gut-punched.
OTOH, maybe it's just because I'm expecting my husband's family here in 6 hours for their annual xmas party and my house looks like the Crawford tornado went through it. :eyes:

1. I do too. Am distraught about Saddam's death. |
|
Invaded Saddam's country, murdered him after a kangaroo court farce. All because we wanted his oil. We pretend we killed Saddam because he is a bad man, but in reality Bush is worse than Saddam ever was.
We have become as sadistic as Bush. Americans love the blood on their hands. The torturing, killing, raping of Iraqis has become a sport to us. And we cover it all with lies and propoganda to make us feel good about it.

2. Yes, the glee is sickening. |

(I'm not defending Saddam, but this glee feels like blood thirst.)

4. This is the dark side of our country's history I believe coming |
|
up to the surface for the whole world to see as well as those of us who believed we were on the right path as a nation. We now know we are sharing our space with some pretty sick muthafokers.

5. Yes. Face to face with some very ugly realities about our country. |
|
Just when I think it cannot get any worse, it always seems to go another step further into depravity.

3. Yes, it's passing now but all day yesterday I felt like I was |
|
being squeezed with a great pressure. It came to a peak when Saddam was hung and then started to dissipate shortly after. I feel that all that negative energy we felt all at once isn't going to go away but will spread for awhile creating some inner chaos. However, I do believe the BFEE will be the target for the most part.

6. Yes today the energy shifted. But yesterday it was oppressive |
|
and really bad. And yes, the aftershocks are yet to come.

Totally bushed. I've even been taking special vitamins to try to compensate, that's how much energy I'm lacking. It suuuuucks.
