And it only took 4 years! It probably would have taken longer, except for this Group. I love you and I thank you. And I would like to share with you what you have taught me.

Here is how I start my every day. First I wake up (duh) and feel gratitude for being where I am. Then I get online and I read my Intenders lesson for the day: http://www.intenders.com/
Then I read my Season for Nonviolence lesson: http://www.intenders.com/
And they frequently tie together quite nicely. Then I go over to Twinkle Stars, http://www.cherylrichardson.com/TwinkleStars_content.html
for inspiration on how to tie it all into my day.

Then I experience a feeling of great calm and centeredness. And I learned about all of those places from this Group. And I am so grateful because before I started doing this, I swear I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Crying every day, wondering wtf I was going to do about where I now find myself. And,no, I don't have a mental disorder, I just truly have valid reasons to be very, very afraid right now. But you all have helped me get grounded, with all your insights and great links.

So I would like to thank you all very, very much.

Congratulations on your post number 1000. It was a great one. I don't have time today but I am going to check out your links tomorrow. I like to start my day doing yoga for 20 minutes with a DVD.

Mainly, though, I hope your rituals involve surrounding yourself with white light and protection. I have learned a lot here, too.
