4. You know, arnica never worked for me.

I used to take martial arts classes, and my instructor raved about it, but it never helped my bruises.

5. Maybe try "Yunnan Paiyao" systemically.

It's a Chinese over the counter remedy. It reduces inflammation and increases circulation.

One has to get in in a Chinese market though.

And the Chinese unregulated pesticide issue is HUGE.

Still it's worked for me and my kid for years.

Epsom's Salts will always help as well. But you know I always say that like a broken record.
