8. This is what I did

Step 1. I already know that we are GMT -6 (CT). Eastern is -5, Mountain -7, Pacific -8.

Step 2. Right click the link > http://www.satsig.net/maps/lat-long-finder.htm > click "open in new window". Type in your zip code and "Go". That will give you the latitude. You can copy that with your mouse.

Step 3. Right click the link > http://www.hrvg.org/1330-lst/data-input.html > click "open in new window". Fill in the form with the Time Variance (Step 1), paste the latitude (Step 2) and fill in the month (numerical value) and year. "Submit" will give you a chart for every day of the month. The time period they are talking about changes every 23 hours and 56 minutes.

4. Geesh, when I posted this, I was just passing thru

that website has tons of info!!
I'm trying to figure out the time myself-scroll down looking to the left of the page to get directions on figuring out the time-you even need a pencil and paper...but once you have it, you'll always have an optimal meditation time all the time, from what I understand....I'm feeling a little like this after looking at it :crazy: lol
