I have been using these a lot lately, esp. the second one when I feel tight in the neck and shoulders. I have found I tend to take on other people's stuff unconsciously and i find this confirmed when my muscles relax after I have said that affirmation to myself a few times. A psychic once told me that in a few lifteimes I was something called a sin eater where I would take on the suffering of others on purpose. She suggested an affirmation to release everything to do with sin eating and since then I have felt like i pick up things less currantly sticking mostly only to absorbing stress and worry from close family. One of these days I will totally stop this and we all will be the healthier for it in the end,.

My husband is much the same way. He had almost all of my pregnancy symptoms; and does have most of my PMS symptoms. I have to specifically tell him to give them back!!
Now I think that I have taken on my best friend's pain - she just had am operation and I have had some of her symptoms.

Am going to be using these from now on.

That one had a noticeable effect on me. Shoulders immediately relax, which is not surprising since that's where we carry those burdens.

I hope your hubby might be open minded enough to try them too when needed. It sounds to me that you both are a bit empathic since you pick up symptoms so if you don't already please look into energy shielding techniques and energy clearing methods such as smudging, breathing in Light, cord cutting, etc so you have a set of tools on hand to use as needed.

4. One thing comes to mind,

add something like this to your affirmations so you don't get release too much too soon - ... in a manner as You know best. ... in ways that I can handle. etc. Also, ... fill in the holes with light and grace.
