I have one of these in my window..bought it at a local craft show a year or so ago. I actually haven't used it to root a plant in; I've been using it as a flower vase, but am going to try and root some ivy next week. They are so pretty and I like the mix of symbolisim..ivy, metal, water, and different shapes..hearts, moons, etc. Very affordable, too!

2. I have a triple rooter that I haven't used in a while

I've been toting the parts from house to house over the past 10 years, always with the intent to hang it and root some plants, but I never have. You've inspired me to dig out the pieces (once again)--interesting that I've never lost any of the parts, even after three moves!--and hang it in my kitchen window over the sink once our new windows (ones that open! whee!) are put in next Monday. :hi:
