My brother, notoriously of chronic bad luck, has been given a great job lead by a friend. He is qualified, and all the aspects of the job appeal to him. I've rarely seen him more hopeful!

there is no such thing as bad luck - does he say that? Do people around him say that? It feels like blocking his energy unnecessarily.

It may well be that he is the luckiest person, because things did not turn out the way he expected and because Universe has something much better awaiting for him. Seemingly unrelated things in life, good or bad, all converge, only to be revealed much much later on to have been all part of it.
