Request for impressions on a situation.

A favorite natural food store in my area is closing August 23rd. They sell good products, the staff has always been totally sweet to me, and I'm very sad they have to shut down. The owner told me it has to do with the parking situation around their store (namely, that there isn't any). They plan to consider re-opening after the first of the new year.

So, I'm just wondering, does anyone get anything about what's next for them? The name of their store is "The Herb Lady," and it has been located in this building the last few years:

I'm getting that they will be re-opening, and sometime late in the fall/right before the end of the year.
