What IS IT about today??? |
|
Lots of misc activity, important 'small' things to do, to keep my 'life' and those of others close to me in order, with some risk of 'alienating' important others? Noisier than usual.

1. Can you post more details, Ellen? |

Not sure exactly what you mean, but I've been feeling feisty--gave it to Mr. MG right between the eyes twice in 24 hours, which I NEVER do. He's been really negative and cynical lately, and he has a tendency to jump to conclusions--erroneous ones--instead of looking at the facts, and I called him on his crap two times, because I just don't want to coexist with negativity lately. It was like whapping a dog on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper--he looked shocked, but then got his act together. So I guess it worked!
Anyway, is that kind of what you mean?
Other than that, nothing big, except MG Jr. started kindergarten today, so there's lots of emotional off-kilter-ness in our household (mostly me!)

4. As I told votesome earlier, MG, |

many issues related to solutions to daughter's tuition, call/e-mail x,y and z. Then pharmacy = doctor communications. Then brother = father communications.
I'm intermediary in these matters, I think I'm doing OK, but struck me as particularly full of it today!
And its 1:00 am, next day!
KINDERGARTEN! Just the beginning!!! Give MG Jr. a hug from me, please!

2. I've been feeling extrememly figity and stressed |
|
Edited on Wed Sep-03-08 10:56 PM by votesomemore
since yesterday afternoon. I noticed it then. I started off this morning yelling at the customer support lady at Sprint. I finally got all the many passwords and pins that they require sorted out, yet when I tried to pay my bill on the automated system, it asked for zip. I assumed the zip of my credit card (I haven't changed it yet since I moved). I'm also using a P.O. box these days. Neither of those zips worked. So, SHE wanted the zip where my Sprint bill goes! Whoever heard of that. Honestly, I'm still not sure. Then she thought I wanted to change my zip code information! All I wanted to do was pay the freaking bill. I hardly ever yell at customer service people anymore, especially since AT&T moved their support back onshore.
I couldn't work today. Allergies .. whatever. Just way too stressed out. I've tried hormone cream, st. johns wort, B vitamins, anything else that may have worked in the past. I'm still keyed up and now yelling at my cat.
Forget keeping my life in order. It's a shambles.

3. Hey votesome, hope you've settled down! |

Your experience sounds similar to mine, but for some (wonderful) reason, I haven't felt the stress! But similar issues!
