Please take heart everyone |

My gut feeling on the upcoming election is that Obama will win with such a magnitude that it will prevent the election theft that occurred in 2000 and 2004.
I have no doubt of this.
That is all, except I encourage my ASAH family to consider thinking (and feeling) along these lines.

stuck my nose out into the general population the past couple of days, and you are so right. Bunch of grumps and meanies. The mods really need to crack down on some of them, imo. This isn't the place for all the sniping.

Everyone's so nice. I wish I understood astrology, or was psychic, or could read auras, or something, so I could contribute more to the discussions. I'm just a believer. :)

7. You contribute just fine with your good energy, SIS. |
|
I can't do any of those things either, but I'm OK with that. (I've finally given up trying to force it.) We can all send energy, love & light, and we can be here to support others when they need it. That has real value also. I'm glad that you're here. :)

But, I think that the last eight years have been very hard on us. I think DU is reflecting this.

Though I haven't started posting much until recently, I've been a lurker here since 2001. I remember things got really crazy after 2004. It will be nice to finally have something to celebrate here! :toast:

My gut is pretty good on things that directly relate to me but not good on big picture things, like elections. Is your gut a good predictor of things on all levels?

but, I am not always right. For instance, I felt that Kerry would win in 2004, and was shocked at the actual outcome. But, with all the shenanigans in Ohio, Kerry did actually win.

10. The magnitude is necessary and the vigilant monitoring of election |

trouble spots because the fix is in, I believe. Even if they try to overturn the results or skew them, we have to be ready to fight them to the finish. Obama will be our next President I'm sure too, but it won't be an easy win.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=203&topic_id=507932&mesg_id=507932I believe in envisioning, but what about the above? This needs to be kicked around, there's gotta be a way to ensure integrity on short notice.

18. I think it is an excellent idea. |

Cleita has some good suggestions (in this thread) also.
I agree that it needs to be kicked around. I see the thread was cross-posted in the Activists group. Perhaps this idea will get the attention it deserves.
