Damn. After listening to another one of Jeffrey Thompson's meditation CDs, (Healing Mind) I've had a couple of important emotional breakthroughs this week. They just popped into my brain all spontaneous-like. http://www.amazon.com/Healing-Mind-System-2-0/dp/B000A6T2FS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1222084462&sr=1-1Impressive stuff.

2. How do you listen to these meditation CDs? |
|
I'm wondering whether I would get anything out of them by listening to them while I went about household tasks or while reading the paper.

sweeping or surfing the net. I am listening right now and it is hard to concentrate. Probably not the best way to use these but I am to antsy to just sit and listen for more than a very short time.
So yes you will still get effects from listening while reading or such though the most intense way is to use headphones.
