Go Outside And Ask The Universe

Sudden peace be upon all who read this, especially if you're a bundle of nerves today. Here's a little something you can do if you're anxious about the election and time seems to be crawling by.

Go outside and stand on the Earth--that is, get off the concrete and onto the ground. If it's warm enough, you may feel like taking your shoes off. Whatever, just get as close to Mother as you can. I felt led to stand facing North; let your Discernment guide you.

Then, speak aloud to the Universe (the All Soul, God, Goddess, Man Above, All-That-Is, or whatever you perceive that which is greater than ourselves to be. This will even work for atheists), asking that the Light may shine in every corner of this nation today--that it be upon us all. Ask that everyone who wishes to cast a vote may get to do so. Ask that every vote be counted quickly and honestly. Ask that the Truth be allowed to come out, and that it be known by all.

Ask that the Dark Energy stand aside and let the Light have its fair turn. Be grateful to the Dark for the lessons it has taught us, but try not to hate it. Ask that the Light be upon Mr. Obama and Mr. McCain as well--for they have both had their roles to play in this lesson.

Ask that the healing, the binding-up and the cleaning-up begin today. Ask that the doors and windows of the People's House be flung wide open, that the Good Will may enter. Ask that Justice be done, then be ready to forgive--and place your grudges of the past eight years into the hands of the Universe.

Ask for the greatest and highest good to prevail. Ask aloud, for Sound strengthens Intent. And when you've asked, leave it all to the Universe.

1. I have done this - early in the morning and facing North

4. It was a gorgeous day here

Unseasonably warm. Good for voter turnout. I went out for a long walk with my husband and my dog and got my free coffee at Starbucks. :-)
