This was posted at C2C; it was so perfect for this forum that I decided to post it here.
"Here’s an image and description of a beautiful celestial event that coincided with the Nov. 4, 2008 election. Venus, Jupiter, and the Moon are together surrounding the Galactic Center. Venus and Jupiter can be together near the Galactic Center only once every 12 years or so. Presently, they are aligned with the Galactic center and visible right after sunset.
Mayan celestial myths describe Jupiter and Venus as a pair of “Hero Twins” who undertake a perilous adventure which ends in a great victory and a profound transition into a new experience.
This is a very fortuitous sign indicating that where we stand is an entry point to a new adventure. May we receive the blessing and enter wisely into this next leg of our voyage together. Such an opportunity would not present itself unless we were ready to see it and respond to it. Blessing for our journey."
