a project for deeper meditation for *after* Thanksgiving
http://www.dextroverse.org/spirituality.html

Here is a method to meditate that is probably worth trying. I actually found it because I have a new hard drive and wanted to again download the free version of Cybershaman. This says just to use one of their audiofiles as part of the meditation, but this is one of the few places where the download of the whole radionics software is still available free (though it doesn't make it perfectly clear, just clicking to get the audio file will get you the whole software).

Cybershaman is too complex for me except for the presets. I use the presets for job issues with my family.

Additionally, I was looking for free theta brainwave software, so this is like a twofer!! I'll figure out how to get the audio file separately later.

I'm too busy until after Thanksgiving to do much beyond downloading the Cybershaman software, and using the presets, like I did with my old hard drive. But I am going to pursue deeper meditation soon. Using brainwave entrainment is about the easiest way to get there, especially for someone like me with a "monkey mind."

This is for anyone interested in free brainwave entrainment software or free Cybershaman software.

2. I have been asking for something exactly like this.

The page is interesting, and I will download the meditation tracks. I look forward to exploring them.

The rest of the website makes me uncomfortable. I'm not against drugs persay, but I think the site is endangering young lives.

3. I hear ya!!
I think I will probably forget about taking lots of Sucrets!!

Mind expanding drugs--well, they can be used in responsible ways, probably. But I sure wouldn't trust a website on exactly how to do that.

4. It gave me a little jump as I read through it.
I've been taking mucinex dm daily for the last couple of month. Not in the quantities described, but I was certainly uninformed about what exactly I was taking! I don't think I'll stop taking it, but I feel wiser now. :) No pun intended. :)

I would say go on and take it. This is all about the quantity. I don't trust the FDA, of course, but unless you have unintentionally astrally traveled, you are probably okay.

But, I like acupuncture for sinus issues :o........and digestive enzymes.

6. Which enzymes?
I have chronic sinus issues. They're much improved since my surgery in January, but I still have been on antibiotics four or five times since then. What enzymes are helpful?

When I use a broad spectrum of digestive enzymes, my stuffy nose disappears. I use Zymactive Proteolytic Enzymes (Dr. Michael Murray Formulated).

It is probably the papain and bromelain in it................but I can't be sure. Serrapeptase supposedly is good for the arteries, and some form of that is in it too.

This particular brand also has pancreatin in it. But one could take amylase, and other enzymes that are more plant based.

Edited to add this from Pubmed:

"Regarding bromelain (pineapple enzyme) and sinusitis, one randomised, multicentre trial including 116 children compared bromelain monotherapy to bromelain with standard therapy and standard therapy alone, for the treatment of acute sinusitis. The bromelain monotherapy group showed a faster recovery compared with the other groups."

Thank you - this couldn't be more timely. I was just hit with another infection.
