Most of my dreams
are about people and events in my own little circle of the universe. Some have carried warnings and some have foreshadowed events to come.

I don't think I've ever had a dream before that involved a political figure. But last night I did. I dreamed dubya committed suicide. I suspect there was more to the dream but I don't remember it clearly. I do remember something about the birth of a very big baby.

My overall impression of the meaning of the dream was that the current political agenda has self-destructed. The new poffice holder bringing a new agenda is like a new birth.

I don't think there was anything profound about my dream I was just throwing out my experience to see if others here had shared a similar experience.

1. I mostly dream about people I know too, if I can even remember them.
Two nights ago though I dreamed of my dad (who is deceased) and he told me that I was doing a wonderful job with my mom and sister, he said it was good thing that I had worked for a hard- hearted man (my ex boss was a difficult micro manager) for all those years as it helped me with what I was dealing with now. He was so sweet and supportive in what he said that I cried. He was never like that in life. I am glad I was able to remember it.

2. Yes, my dreams of death have always symbolized change
and it's always change for the better, even if I'm inconsolable in the dream. But, wow! The baby cements the change that's coming. Meaning, to me, higher ideals and consciousness. Big baby - big and noble changes. Blessings.

6. Thanks
So many resist change.

May we all embrace the many positive changes that are coming.

3. When I remember my dreams, I dream of my husband and he's alive and
we are doing things together. I'm very happy usually, because in my dreams my real life and him dying were just a nightmare. Lately though something disturbing has been happening. He is fainting in my arms and I have to revive him. I'm finding it disturbing and I don't know how to interpret it.

4. I dream of my Dad only to realize as things happen hey he died years ago
There is always a certain vibe to those dreams different from my garden variety normal dreams. It only is in my Dad dreams or near lucid dreams when things I realize upon waking had symbolic meaning. Also I will feel my Dad's energy in my heart like I did when he was alive and we hugged. Everyone I hug has a different feel in my heart. It is not a measure of love or like, just everyone's energy has it's own distinct signature. I can't remember any other dreams creating a sensation in my heart like that so I believe these are a way of letting me know my Dad's spirt is still around. His body may be gone but we remain conneted.

I am not sure what to think of the change in your dreams and I am sorry it is happening. This is speculation but could it be he is preparing to incarnate again which would take up most of his soul's attention and might lead to you to feel like this is leaving you fainting=lack/reduction in connection?

8. I like your way of dealing with the dream. Sounds right to me.
the big baby suggests a big and powerful presidency for Obama.

Dreams nearly always take off from the ideas on our minds as we fall asleep or the thoughts or concerns that dominated our thinking thru-out the day. You probably have been focusing a good deal on the election, as everybody at DU has been.

It could also signify a new opportunity for you, a new birth for you, and some big things on the horizon, now that the past leader part of yourself has died.

10. Pink Tiger had a thread in here earlier this year
about the inauguration. She saw Cheney and Laura attending but no GWB and there was some cloud of shame over his absence. She also had Senator Clinton attending as the President Elect so not of all of her vision will come to pass. But I have thought that George, using again as he is, will not have long to live after he leaves the Whitehouse. He does not look at all well now.

11. I think Pink Tiger's vision about the Prez elect was clouded by her
wishful thinking that it be Hillary. But she probably is spot on about the Bushes and Cheney.

12. I can certainly sympathize as my version replaced HRC with Gore...
Ah, the primary. Don't miss it all. :P

But I always thought the part about Cheney and Laura being there alone was very interesting.

13. I've always felt Bush wouldn't be there.

I think I even posted it a couple of time a few years ago. I thought though it would be because he was being detained in some kind of lock up somewhere. It appears that I'm wrong about this and that it will be a medical reason, or even that he was too drunk to attend on that day. If he actually shows up then I guess he makes a liar out of all of us.
