What are your experiences "Running Energy"

I am sure technique is fun for comparison... but I am really interested if you are an all-the-time person, or do you honestly meditate for more than 5 minutes,are you sporadic at best, do you even get out of bed first?

NEXT - my BIG question.
If you have been meditating and grounding for a while now (years, at least..)

...have you noticed a change in how you do this? are you changing the way you ground? are you grounding elsewhere ...as in heaven & earth at the same time?did you just realize that the old way wasn't working and have to find a new one, or has it just evolved ...?

on edit: I ask this because I have noticed the way I grounded a year or even 5 years ago has changed. Not that I have changed so much, but the EARTH seems to be changing the way we interact with her...

1. little trick

I heard this at a workshop that I went to. The woman said it used to take her five or ten minutes to get grounded and balanced--she went through some sort of ritual I suppose. Then she said she reduced it down to saying one sentence.

"I accept all the blessings and healing of the color purple."

That sounded easy enough to me, who always likes shortcuts and tricks of all kinds to get the job done!! So, that has worked for me ever since.

As for all the rest, it is all about lots of practicing and getting yes/no answers with muscle testing or a pendulum.

Yes, everything evolves, sometimes daily. Set your intent on finding something that works for you, because I am pretty convinced that there is no one true technique for everyone.

2. Oh, yea..I have my own technique,

In a pinch I can ground in under a minute, but usually a good ground and energy flow takes about 5 or so. I would ike to try and run energy every day, even more than once a day...but I forget and get caught up.

funny thing, that's usually when I get stuck - I forget to keep the flow going to purge my transformations as they happen! like a spiritual "back-up" lol!

My real question
has anyone noticed a change in the way they are doing it, or having to tweak the system because the earth energy is diferent and shifting?

3. The intensity is increasing in all areas that I can detect

A little bit of that is my perceptions are growing but most is just the sheer amount of it all. It feels like a flooded river about to make a dam burst. :crazy: Makes me happy I have been working on grounding and the rest all these years or I would be REALLY :crazy: and ready to blow all my circuits!

I have never enjoyed long processes so my grounding work has always been as quick and simple as possible. I picture roots growing from my feet down into the earth. Sometimes I picture a grounding cord going from my root chakra, to my earthstar chakra then down into the core of the earth. A few months ago I tried something different in that I sent my grounding cord into the earth but with the intention that it would connect with the best possible future earth. I want to connect with that reality and help manifest it. At times I draw up energy from the earth to flow through me until they fountain out of my crown chakra to fall back to earth.

Sometimes I also invite cosmic energies through my crown that then flow through my down into the earth. I have had some interesting experiences connecting with different energies this way sometimes just opening to whatever energy that serves my highest good at that time or other times tuning into (after double checking with my guides that it is a good energy) different objects like the northern lights, a meteor shower, the Andromeda galaxy :crazy:

When I channel healing energies Reiki is automatic but if I am asking for other help it comes through my crown and then flows through me until it exits my hands. Sometimes I feel like the person's guides are putting their hands on my head and sending, others that they put their hands over mine. When energy gets really intense usually I feel one of my guides put their hands on my feet to help me ground.

For some months now when doing energy work I would sometimes tune into a new intense energy that gave me a touch of euphoria - something good is coming! The instances have increased both spontaneous and when I deliberately reach for it until now I can tune in just thinking about it. Just this past week i was actually able to channel it to a few people and I will try to embed it here now for anyone who wishes to check it out. I would suggest grounding and affirming that you only accept energies that serve your highest good in case for any reason this does not suit you :)

I don't know if you are a conscious channeler of energy or not but I think you must have sent some back.

Please remember I am not the energy and that I am just thrilled when it comes through me like this and someone gets a noticable positive sensation from the energy and not just a reduction in pain or stress level. well not that there is a 'just' about that but it is wonderful to get a reaction at that moment from the energy!

6. I too got a 'hit' on the "best possible future Earth"

That may be one I will enjoy seeing as I ground through the week.

I usually tie a rope of energy from my lower 3 chakras and send it down my tailbone to the crytsal center of the earth, I find "my" crystal and let it send a connection back up to me, then I widen it as wide as my hips, and it is like a tube, I send clearing through so it is open.. for connecting to the stars I find a constellation or galaxy that calls to me, and let it pour its golden light into my crown and it runs down my spine and fills the upper half with gold...the earth energy I bring it through my feet and run up the legs and mix the 2 in my belly...breaking free any "gunk" that isn't 100% light.

as I exhale and the energy runs, I send 10% down the grounding cord, and the remaining 90% to the ethers to be recyclesd and transmuted...

so far it really works for clearing the body proper, and helps me get calm and centered so I can work on my arua or do readings, etc...

I have posted it here in ASAH before and one person expressed concern that following it exactly might tie a person to the wheel of reincarnation longer than necessary. While I personally do not feel that is so as always only use what resonates with your inner guidance. An adaption of that meditation that might suit some is to choose to connect with your best possible future this-life self. I have also used a variation to connect with soul fragments to start to reintegrate them with the current me. I have a few high voltage fragments that my body isn't quite ready to handle.

11. Did anyone else ever try the best highest possible future earth grounding technique?
