what a week! I'm surrounded by knuckle-draggers all of a sudden. Something is up -- too many to just be coincidence.

our neighbor (supreme knuckle-dragger) put up a no trespassing sign on a tree near out dog kennel. Our dogs don't care because they can't read. Meanwhile the knuckle-dragger is out in the yard saying all sorts of stuff about how this is his property and that is his property and pissing on every rock, twig and blade of grass to mark his property.

at work the production manager is walking around like he has a thong knotted up his butt - it's either that or he has a major PMS problem.

then last night, I take our foster greyhound over to the greyhound rescue organization. (we're going on vacation so another foster family will be "sitting" her for a few days). The woman that runs the organization lives in a house next door to her brother. Her brother has "marking territory issues" too. So, while we are in the house going chatting and swapping information -- the brother is out in the driveway digging a trench across the end of the driveway with a back hoe. Fortunately, there was enough room on one side of the driveway for me to drive out.

ARRRRRGGGHHHHHHH!!! my stomach is tied up in a knot over all these freaking knuckle-draggers.... so what's the stars have to say about this? are we entering the age of knuckle-draggers? are Neanderthals in ascension? common sense gone retro-grade?

My neighborhood knuckle draggers have been cleaning up their yard for the past couple of weeks, and I haven't heard their pit bulls, and the camper in the driveway that someone was living in has disappeared. When I got home last night, there was a "For Sale" sign in the middle of the neatly manicured lawn.
