Question about sending light.....
When we send light to a person, situation, geographic location, etc. is there any type of reference as to what spectrum of light to send? Since there are different spectrums, does the color of light you send make a difference to the situation? And if it does, anyone here have a "cheat sheet" about what colors are best for different occasions?

This is something I've wondered about for a long time and the new Matthew message today made me ask the question.

1. That's a great question, GardeningGal.
 And worth investigating. I'd love to read some answers too, because I just envision myself and feel the bright white light before sending.

2. Good question, GG
I know a little. Blue is good for a cooling sort of healing (soothing a sore throat, lowering a fever, etc.); pink is good for love (helping a person love him/herself, regain confidence, etc.) purple is good for connecting with the divine of course--in other words, you can use the other chakra colors for the uses we already know. But if you're unsure of what type of light a person needs, it's best to send white light and let the universe apply it as needed.

4. Trust your inner knowing but if in doubt white light contains all the spectrum
or send a rainbow with the intention that whatever color or combination that serves the highest good goes to the target.

5. What I tend to do
is visualize the person / or situation and send out the Light, allowing it to be whatever color it decides it needs to be. Usually it turns out to be white light, but not always--but it is something that is out of my hands, as it were--I don't intentionally send out a specific color, I just send the Light.
