Sleep affected by changes?
I see others have noticed a sense of deja vu or more light beings, due to the recent changes in the grid/zeitgeist/whatever.
I have started sleeping a lot, about 8.5 to 9 hours every night. I'm not sick. I'm just wondering whether anyone has experienced this for the last week or so.
I'm trying to figure out why my sleeping patterns are changing.

1. This is another manifestation of this change
Many a time when I have gone through changes spiritually, I've found I was sleeping more. I was told by my inner guide that this was necessary, as much spiritual work, training and preparation is done in the sleep state.

5. I hope that's what is going on
Last night was another 8.5 - 9 hours of sleep. I don't doubt that a lot of healing work, mentally, physically and spiritually, is done while asleep.

2. I am going though another cycle like that wanting to sleep as much as possible
it can last for 2 or more days then lets up on me. It is usually accompnanied by sytmpoms like I am going to get a cold or flu but nothing ever develops. Then a week or several weeks of more normal sleep before I go into another cycle. It is like spiritual growing pains where nothing much seems to be happening, then I start having energy experiences (I call them power surges) along with other phenomina in increasing intensity then they seem fall off during the sleepy/coldy/fluey cycle only to start up again after. I figure I am gowing & changing on the energy levels and the physical is having to run to catch up which is why I get slammed with the heavy sleep periods so everything can settle in, adujust, integrate.

If it is too distruptive it may help to hae a talk with your higher power/guides and ask them to help slow it down just enough so you have enough waking hours to do what needs doing - that is if this is what is happening to you as well.

6. I talked to my guides last night
I told them that I was grateful that they are helping me move forward, something I've been asking for. But I also told them I need to be able to function the next day (yesterday was pretty much a lost day) and requested their guidance on choices during the day, like diet, to help me function better.

11. When my physical biorhythm is at its lowest, I experience extreme
fatigue; and I need a lot of sleep. The physical rhythm lasts 23 days, so every 23 days, you can expect to need a lot of sleep.

There are several web sites that you can use to calculate your biorhythm cycles.

Knowing your highs and lows in your cycle are great for planning your life. You certainly would not want to run a marathon on your physical low day. Not only would your timing be bad, but you might injure yourself.

Skeptics can criticize the theory; but, after studying this for over 30 years, I can tell you it works.

3. Hmmm... I'm having the exact opposite happen...
bad insomnia, can't sleep. I'm getting maybe 4-6 hours sleep a night. I don't care how exhausted I am, night comes and I'm wide awake. *zing* I don't get sleepy until the early AM, and then, invariably, something will wake me up before I'm rested -- cat fight, phone ringing, squeaky door... something, anything. I'd love to be able to sleep again...

thought it was from training events and running for soccer, but I've been slower than normal getting up in the mornings.
