More on the Light

Woke up this morning with strong pains in both my shoulders, something that I have been dealing with for a while. I sighed and wished for relief--and the Light was there, emanating from my chest/heart chakra again. This time it wasn't golden, more crystaline light--and I knew I was to accept it for healing. Enough pain left my shoulders that I could get up.

I'm really sensing that this Light is our Essence, that of which we are and that which connects us all. When we connect to it, we connect to That which is real.

Any other observations or intuitions about this? Or similar experiences?

1. Is this light in your third eye

When your eyes are closed? Sure I get that sometimes, when my brain waves slow down, and I am lying down and focusing on my third eye. This is rarely any color, it looks like white to me. It feels relaxing. I don't think I have ever specifically tried to direct it anywhere, but maybe I will try that.

it is coming straight from the heart chakra. I've had third eye phenomena before, and this is different.

3. There is a Light that I sometimes glimpse

but that's all I can do as it's too bright to look at directly. It doesn't "hurt" to do so as I'm not 'seeing' it with my physical eyes anyway, yet I still can't focus on it. Is that the kind of Light you're speaking of or perhaps a form that is less intense? When I am using a healing Light, I don't visualize it with that same intensity, or I wouldn't be able to visualize much of it ;)

5. Not as intense

more a very comfortable, healing light--I feel very safe with it around.

7. I felt there was a difference.

Perhaps the Light I see sometimes is the true Light of Spirit or of God. I know jane Roberts' husband has paintings and drawings depicting this same intense Light, but can't recall what he called it or if he explained it.

The Light we get for Healing is less intense, and even that depends on what chakra it's coming from or which Ray. I have used Violet Flame healing on some, and on myself. But like for this tooth problem, I used the green energy from my heart chakra for a softer, less energetically intense healing and soothing. Is that more like what you are describing? :)

6. I tried an experiment the other night

After the thread on "patience" I was having a hard time letting go of all the tension.

I went my special room before going to bed to help relieve the emotions. I washed my hands in cold water as well as my crystal I've been using for dowsing. I had my eyes closed during this experiment. I placed the crystal on my third eye and started seeing prisms of different colors, after a few minutes I placed it on the crown and did the same thing, drawing in positive energy while directing the negative energy down into the earth. I noticed the same colors pouring through my crown. The colors were intense.

I don't know if you would be interested in this technique, I found this while searching Youtube one day. I came across a guy by the name of David Harris, he gives instructions how to make a dowsing rod using copper wire and how to use it to draw out pain. I couldn't wait to make one, so I went to my hardware store and bought some copper wire, came home and made the rod. I have had some good results with it so far. However, I think I need to get a heavier gauge wire as the gauge I bought is a little to flimsy (it was encased in a green plastic coating, which I cut off with a knife running it down the wire) so a heavier gauge would probably work even better.

I think the light is most certainly Life Essence and it is great that you are sensing its power and able to connect to it where you can see it.

9. there is a group of dowsers near here

and I've seen the copper wire rods--haven't used them for healing, though many of the dowsers do.

10. What was interesting on how to use it for healing

is asking the rod the question about the pain the rod will indicate whether their is pain present, and then applying an uninstall (counterclockwise motion) and install (clockwise motion) then you can instruct the rod to continue the process after you finish with the rod.

GM Harris also shows how you can do this technique with your hands as well.
