I can't say I agree with all of the philosophies of those behind this event, but I must say that the idea is sorely needed on this planet. To encourage people from every spot on the Earth where there is a person with an internet connection to log onto the map and then for as many people as possible to gather at these sacred sites and meditate can only result in a lot of people being "free" for a little while, if nothing else.
