The Tower is coming to the forefront. No, I haven't been reading the cards, but things are unraveling and The Tower is starting to come to the forefront in my thoughts even when I'm reading seed catalogs. We are only seeing the surface eruptions of a seething volcano underneath. Dick Cheney is trying to do damage control; Nancy Pelosi is trying to explain herself; President Obama is trying to cover up damaging torture pictures; and so much more is happening that even the complicit media can't gloss it over. The Tower built by the last four administrations is collapsing under its own weight. The fires and people toppling from the summit can't be ignored anymore by those who walk beneath it or they too will be crushed. This is the beginning of something transitional. My guides are actually typing this through me and now they are gone. I wish they would tell me more.

When you have greed and corruption by those in power, the weight of the structure cannot sustain the massive weight, so the only natural conclusion is it falling/crashing down.

Our government has been involved in so much fraud, greed, and corruption that has been covered up, the truth is going to emerge Sooner or Later.

I hope the one thing that topples along with all of this is the greedy insurance companies. I hope the people rise up and demand that single payer be allowed at the table. I almost vomited when I saw Max Baucus and Chuck Grassley and the people in that room laugh when they said "More police were needed". This under an Obama administration.

I think the transition will have a positive out come in the long run. It's just that the old order has to come crashing down before the rebuilding can begin anew. It's too bad it has to be this way but the purveyors of greed won't let go to do the right thing so they will lose the most in the end.

On my very first tarot card reading for someone else (after I attended tarot card school :) ), the scenario ended up with The Tower. And indeed, when everything played out, The Tower came crashing down.

I can see what Cleita's guides describe happening. It's spinning out of control and it's going to be quite the explosion.

Thanks for sharing this with us Cleita. Not like I didn't know, but it sure helps to hear it coming from others, too.

But just this weekend I realized I'm really reading it because of the aspect of the old order unraveling, the old power structure coming down. It had nothing to do with the swine flu at all. As indicated previously by PC, political and financial structures are crumbling for the purpose of rebuilding by Obama.

As usual, Obama’s behind the scene activity is momentous and incredible on many levels.

Regarding the Bush/Cheney issue, Obama has known for some time about the Cheney rogue government and he has taken steps to dismantle that organization. Hence Cheney’s public outrage. Cheney assumed he would hold power for a long time and never face any questions or consequences. He cannot believe what Obama has accomplished.

Justice will be served. Obama will set up the framework. However, how it all unfolds publicly is to a large extent up to the American people. Obama puts the pieces in place; the people decide the final outcome. This is their karma, not Obama’s. It is felt that at the end of the day, it will be sorted out satisfactorily.

But the most critical immediate step for Obama is to end Cheney’s power whose tentacles are buried deep and wide. Many whistle blowers have been providing Obama with information since the campaign. He has many internal supporters from both parties helping him to end the dangerous rogue government

Those who underestimate Obama will be sadly mistaken or pleasantly surprised as the case may be. Obama takes the long view and sees the big picture. He wants to ensure that his changes are enduring and firmly in place. So he takes care to go step by step, carefully building firm foundations.

Obama has no choice but to fight in Afghanistan There is great danger there, it is seen clearly. He must do whatever it takes or the world faces grave threats. He hopes to stay focused and strategic and not long term.

On Geither and some of the other appointments: it takes a crook to catch a crook.

Things were much worse than Obama thought when he ran for office.The economy, the corruption, the greed, the rogue government. Much more widespread. Much more difficult then he knew. Those who criticize him have no idea what he is up against on a daily basis.

His enemies would do well not to underestimate Obama; they do so at their own peril. As PC has said repeatedly, Obama’s civility is not to be mistaken for weakness. He gives everyone the chance to do the right thing. If not, he gives them enough rope to hang themselves.

His supporters will be pleasantly surprised. But Obama is no one’s dancing bear and will do things his way and on his time line. He clearly sees where he is going and will not take short cuts or detours if this will jeopardize his long range plans. Obama builds a better country and better world. He works for global peace and prosperity and a strong America. He will not be stopped in his goals.

The people on the DU forum have helped change the world for the better and they do not even know it. The world was at a crossroads. Survival or destruction. And the people of the world decided for survival. Obama represents that change. And those who are frustrated that things move too slowly could not be more wrong. Things are moving quickly, very quickly and all is unfolding just as it should. Time is going by faster, karma coming much more quickly. We have a great deal of help, please know that……

PC to a large extent feels that its job is done. All is unfolding as it should. We move nicely into the 21st century.

I love reading your thoughts, PC, and have been looking for them since your last post on DU. This is a Good day.

It's encouraging for me that a lot of people in my life and cyber life have confidence in President Obama to do the job we elected him for, but so many seem to not understand how bad things were left to us and to him and that everything they want takes time.

And, we always have the corporatemedia whose job it appears to be is making more confusion and manipulation.

The media is already beginning to suffer consequences.
Newspaper sales are way down. The talking heads who sputter nonsense will gradually lose their audience.

More stories will come out that embarrass the media and those guilty of crimes.

I am glad to read this thread tonight. I keep screaming in my mind that people need to see through the facade of what is around them. It is crumbling. The last time I saw Cheney on TV what struck me was the fear in his eyes. He is a desperate man right now and it shows. And I have been hearing the things people have said in this thread through other people for a while now; a little comment here, a remark there. The statements that strike you and stick in your head. Now the OP of this thread and PC and everyone put it in one place. Funny how that happens.

this morning right after Obama's national security speech. So I posted this note on the second Obama/Cheney thread in GD, and I'd like to repost it here too for the record:

No, I think Cheney knows good and well what it is...
This is kind of an intuitive flash based on his speech, so take it for what it's worth: There is SOMETHING that is still classified that he knows about, and he's terrified that it will be declassified and made public any day. It's hard to imagine anything worse than what's come out already, but this will be so ugly, so damning, that Obama will HAVE to appoint a special prosecutor if he wants to retain any credibility at all. And then it's all over for Cheney.

But it's like he's playing chicken, taunting Obama and daring him to release it. That's what is so weird...it's almost suicidal.

I was responding to someone who said Cheney is terrified that Obama has something on him that he doesn't know about yet. My feeling is that Cheney knows better than anyone what it is, and it's more damning than anything that has come out yet.

Did anyone else pick up on something similar while listening to his speech? Assuming you could stand to listen to him at all.

34. I haven't heard the speech yet as I was sleeping, however, I do

get the impression of desperation from him. I also get the impression that Obama is trying to let events unravel in time instead of instigating investigations himself. I think he hopes others, like in Congress, will step up to the plate instead. I think he will realize in time that this approach is a mistake and that a taking the bull by the horns approach may be a better way to handle people like Cheney.

35. I couldn't stand to watch Cheney's speech

but I agree that there are much more disturbing revelations to come, about torture and other things, but particularly 9/11. On some level he must be feeling the breath of the Furies on the back of his neck. Maybe he's already been stricken with madness.

It reminds me of what the Republicans are doing with Pelosi. The last thing they should want is investigations. Obama wants his hand to be forced, and they are playing right into it.
I suspect that there are higher powers at work, ensuring transparency and accountability.
