More good news

Yesterday afternoon a friend called me in tears. After her noon swim class for little old ladies with arthritis, one of them took a fall in the locker. Helen bumped her head hard when she fell and could not move her fingers, toes or other parts. She could not get up and The EMTs were called. My friend cleared out because of the crowd.

Lucy called me from the parking lot and I worked to help her get herself together, back in her body and not shaking like a leaf. Then we went to work on Helen, the injured lady.

We worked on or under the cellular level to help them (the parts) remember how it feels to work together. I remember after a bit there were colors involved. Blue and then green layered along the spine from head to tailbone and then down to the ankles, which I understood to be why she fell in the first place. Then there was pink and orange swirling around the spine. Then there were rainbow sparkles. That made me so happy to see that I started chuckling.

It was a trip cause I certainly go somewhere else when I’m working. I loose all thoughts of self and focus entirely on the subject. Of course I only think about this when I am done and back in my space.

This afternoon I got the call. My friend went to the pool and asked about Helen. Helen had laid there on the locker room floor for a good long time... and then she got up. She feels embarrassed and foolish, but she’s okay.

I will never know if what we did in our deep and prayerful work actually did anything, but what if we had done nothing? I do believe that there are many possibilities of outcomes and if we helped shift things for Helen, that was a good thing.

It does have me thinking that we were effective in shifting things for her. Who knows the hows and whys of it all, but I'm suspecting that we can do much more than we yet know.

I believe that you really did make a difference for Helen. After my session with you Friday evening, I can really feel the difference; it's subtle, but there's definitely a difference. Yesterday, I cleaned out a room that I've been wanting to clear out for a really long time. I can now move forward into turning it into my own oasis in my home. I don't know the technical details of how you did it, but you definitely did something. (I think that it was that focus issue that you addressed.)

All I can say is :wow:.

6. It always surprises me what comes up

My approach is to go in with intention but no expectation as to what may show up. Then I just notice what I notice.

I love doing this work. It feels right. Sometimes I am paid for the work, sometimes I'm not, and often people don't personally know that anyone has been working on their behalf.

In many modalities one is cautioned to ask permission before doing anything. I have such a strong feeling of oneness that it my way to know that if something has been brought to my attention, we are already connected and all I need is the okay from my higher self. That and I've already set the intention that nothing I do will be harmful to anyone else.
