The cost of living allowance rates for Yokosuka Naval Base servicemembers dropped two points on Saturday while rates in the rest of Japan remained the same.

The rate change means that an E-6 with eight years of service and two dependents would receive $32.11 of daily COLA as compared to the previous allowance of $33.71 — a difference of roughly $88 through the rest of February.
