Nearly 25,000 Advance in Petty Officer Ranks
Staff report Posted : Saturday Nov 29, 2008 7:14:23 EST  Congrats! These Seabees are among those moving up There are 21,254 active-duty and full-time support sailors being advanced to petty officer third, second and first class in the fall advancement cycle.
