Veterans groups are joining up in force for 2008 run
We did a great job in 2006. Now Vet Pac, Veterans For Progress, Veterans and Military Families . Other groups also are forming a Unit to be ready for the 2008 run. If you want info or want to join up let me know.

1. Hello Teammate
Hey Monkeyman, have you ever heard of "Vietnow?" "Veterans helping Veterans." My wife took a call from them a few nights ago. I am leery of some organizations. I know a few years ago there was a group claiming to represent disabled vets but they turned out to be fraudulent. I want my dollars given to groups which actually assist our vets.

3. You know I want to play Monk!
It doesn't look like the VA will make it easy for me to use my laptop in the hospital though, so I guess I will have to use my phone for the internet. The Nurses told me it would be "virtually impossible", but they haven't seen me grovel & beg yet! No one does it better...

I will keep trying to get the laptop approved for use in the hospital, it looks like I am going to be spending more time there:( The good news is that I can get an internet link OK. So send me the poop.
