Together We Served Website |
|
Just wanted to let you folks know about a website out there. It's www.togetherweserved.com.
From there, there is a link to Army, Marine, Navy and Air Force. It's not sponsored or affiliated with DOD, but is specifically for current and former military member.
It's pretty cool. You can put in your past duty stations, and it will pull up a list of members that were also stationed there. I've found a couple of old buds that way.
They also have several forums, including a political forum that could use a lot more intelligent progressives, and a lot less knuckle-dragging wing-nuts, but that's another story.
Anyway, if you're current or former military, you may want to check it out.

Its nice to see my fouled Anchor on the cover of the Navy site. I will add this to my "Navy" folder. Always great to reminisce. I might even add my two cents worth to some of the forums. Ruffle a few feathers no doubt.

3. Well, you know the Army is always slow |

As for the pond-jumpers, don't they have their own sight? "bass-fishing.com" or something like that?
Just kidding, you know I love my Coasty Brothers and Sisters.
