I finally got to meet a compatriot yesterday.

Island Blue is in my town for a seminar.

We met up over an early dinner last night - and I couldn't be happier to meet so fine a person with such a sharp mind and such a calm spirit (even with a broken wrist, heh).

Looking forward to meeting more of you all in the near future.

and of course Mr. BLM as well! I just got back into town. It was a great conference, but the best part of the road trip was meeting a fellow JK compatriot! :) Hopefully we'll get to meet up again on the campaign trail in SC.

I'm going to e-mail my friend about the possible Mr. BLM "It's a small world" coincidence - I'll let you know.

Thanks again to both of you for treating me to dinner - that was very nice of you.
