3. Now, before it goes further, people have to speak up

This is so blatantly wrong that it shows how completely stacked the game was. This does do 2 things: It shows the length they wre willing to go to to use the law to "cheat legally". It shows the hostile environment any suit would have been in if Kerry had found a smoking gun. (As it was, he didn't.)
