Some advice from a 2003 primary warrior |
|
Don't get personally involved with certain exchanges.
Some posters are not concerned if they get tombstoned as long as it takes some of us off the board at the same time.
That is all that needs saying.

1. Very good point, and duly noted. |
|
I am mostly inclined to put them on ignore, but I also want to be able to respond to the attacks - however, it's not worth getting TS'd over.

2. I am absolutely for responding to a point. |
|
Heh...I'm not shy about that.... am I?
Just know that it's an OBJECTIVE for some to get people like you and me TSed.

3. I probably ought to ignore the ones who are obviously provoking, though |
|
Some people here are excellent at responding to the immature attacks with facts and a cool head - I am sadly not one of those people. My hot temper always gets the better of me... and it's not worth getting TS'd.
Thanks for the advice from a veteran to a rookie, blm - I appreciate it :D

4. I put the redundant ones on ignore |
|
If they can't come up with an original thought within 3 posts, and then revert to personal attacks, I put them on ignore. Those are the ones that always end up gone within a few months anyway.

5. Interestingly, new people are beginning to defend Kerry against |
|
these people, even people who are not Kerry supporters. This is good to see.

6. I think it's because a Hillary candidacy is becoming more real and it |
|
will only be someone with money AND debate chops AND better policy positions to defeat her. How many can pull that off?
