I think it's a valid question. If said dem president is who we'd like it to be, what do you think he'd do?

I'd like to think he'd be about the only one with enough integrity to restore proper executive branch power, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.

1. Kerry definitely would roll them back. I have no doubt about that.
He has strongly opposed Bush abusing his power and not going through proper channels to gain approval to do what he feels he needs to do to protect us. example, NSA Wiretapping
