3. It was 70 degrees in Virginia this past week.

Glad to see Boston hopefully won't be frigid. Nevertheless, my northern thick skin is long gone!!

6. Freaking c-c-c-c-old!

My daughter and I aren't used to these temperatures, and I suppose we have to buy warm shoes or boots in Boston because there is no chance to get them here in the south of France.

BTW, we'll arrive on Friday and if some of the locals would like to meet up Friday night for dinner, please PM me. We are staying at the Park Plaza.
