John Kerry's SUV Hybrid For Sale.

I heard this mentioned on Tweety's shows this evening when they asked Senator Kerry about it. I was curious and did a little searching, it didn't take much to find out something about it. Disregard the snark please. David wade has a funny comment at the end.

"If you're in the market for a hybrid SUV once owned by a famous, environmentally friendly politician, Sen. John Kerry's (D-Mass.) 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid is for sale for about $26,000."

6. I wonder if it is sold yet

I would love to get it. In fact I need it, I was just in an accident and the cop said my car is totaled, so at least I have a down payment. BTW, it was the other guys fault, rammed right into me at a red light. My trunk is now in my back seat, I'm a bit achy, don't know if I'll get any achier or not. Plus I lost my John Kerry President bumper sticker it was smooched in the accident. :-(

9. Happened at noon today

The achiness is setting in. JK's SUV would cheer me up and a new JK bumpersticker too, it has been on my car since '03 and still looked like I had just put it on. :cry:

but I will be an even stronger advocate for wearing seatbelts then I already am. They saved me from serious injury. I betcha JK's car already got bought after it hit the news. But damn, it would have been the perfect medicine. :-)

I have been through something EXACTLY like this a few years back, rammed from behind at a light by a big SUV, I was in a tiny Escort. Both of us felt fine for the first couple of days, pain kicked in later. Nothing serious though... Take care of yourself. And if somehow you get the car, post pictures :-).
