This is just a classic picture, Sen Kerry in Plymouth, MA 070408.

The reception at the parade was phenomenal. People were very excited to see the Senator and came over to see him and talk to him all along the parade route. It was a great, great event in a wonderful town!

The man in the red jacket is Sen. Kerry's Campaign Manager for the US Senate 08 race. Several of us first met Roger in Dec of 2005 during the Senator's birthday party in Boston. The Dukakis poster reminds me that I heard him on WBUR the other day. He was speaking when I turned the radio on, and though his voice sounded familiar, for I second I couldn't place who he was. But just hearing this voice of reason and humility and common sense made me smile.

If ever there was a man who was as unfairly maligned as JK, it's Dukakis.

Thanks for starting the pic thread. I still check every friday night to see if anyone has started a pic thread. If I could figure out how to post pictures, I would post some pics. I could probably figure it out if I was not attempting to watch baseball while I try to figure it out!
