George W. Bush. The PHONY, who will not be living in Crawford, anymore.
Who the hell would want a beer with this inauthentic phony?

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/7/22/184414/113/960/555333

Then, making light of the foreclosure crisis, he said: "And then we got a housing issue... not in Houston, and evidently not in Dallas, because Laura's over there trying to buy a house. I like Crawford but unfortunately after eight years of sacrifice, I am apparently no longer the decision maker."

You are a PHONY, George, who I would NEVER want a beer with, or rather alcohol-free beer with. This story really, really pisses me off.

1. no surprise, is it?
Crawford "ranch" was never more than a silly prop for a Reagan-wanna-be pretender. The sale of that ranch will become an end note to the sad history of our worst-ever president.

3. Agreed.
As much as I disliked Reagan, at least his ranch was real with actual horses and wood to be chopped. It amazes me that such a large portion of the population bought into the myth of bush as both a regular guy and a ranch livin', brush clearin' cowboy (even though he's afraid of horses). The MSM had to know that this was a prop all along (everyone on DU did), yet they chose to portray bush and his lifestyle as authentic. Is it January yet?

5. Bush is afraid of horses? Interesting.
They can sense emotion and unconscious "vibes" on a very subtle level, after all. They probably didn't like what they felt long before any humans had experience with him. So it would be no surprise Bush is afraid of something that can "feel right through him".

9. And what pisses ME off even more
is how the corporate media pumped this Crawford good ol' boy myth for 8 solid years. :grr:

And how the gullible American public bought into it.

And of course JK was just SO elitist having gone to YALE and all ... oh, wait!!!!!
